Most broken things are broken somewhere small. I zoom in, find that bit, and fix that bit.

Note 01

If it's literally one joint that needs soldering and you haven't got a steady hand, don't bin it, and don't pay for a whole new one before somebody's had a proper look. Send it my way. Right now I'm doing this for the curiosity as much as the money, so a small job might just cost you a coffee.

What I'll look at

06 items
  1. 01

    Phones

Screens, batteries, charging ports, and the ones that won't turn on.

  2. 02

    Laptops & PCs

Won't boot, running slow, loose ports, upgrades.

  3. 03

    Soldering

The one wire, the one joint, the one connector. Controllers, pedals, headphones, cables.

  4. 04

    Wipes

Selling or getting rid of an old phone or laptop? I'll wipe it while you watch.

  5. 05

    Odd jobs

Flat-pack, putting things up on walls, moving the heavy stuff.

  6. 06

    Car cleaning

Inside and out, a proper clean. I'm not a detailer and I won't pretend to be.

Not on the list? Ask. If it's beyond me, I'll say so.

How it goes

04 steps
Step 1/4

Send a photo on WhatsApp, with the make and model if you know it.

Step 2/4

I tell you what I think it is and roughly what it'd cost, before anything gets touched.

Step 3/4

At your door or on my bench, whichever suits the job.

Step 4/4

If it isn't worth fixing, I'll tell you that too.
