You may cancel an online product order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a full refund including standard delivery. To be eligible for refund, chemical products must be unopened and unused for safety reasons; accessories should be unused and in original condition. Contact us via the contact form to arrange a return; refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it — photos help us fix it fastest.
If you're not happy with a service, tell us before we leave or within 48 hours and we will put it right. Deposits for booked work are refundable with 48 hours' notice of cancellation.
